Skills and Thrills collaborates with organisations to provide engaging programs for employees' children, including school holiday programs, "Bring Your Kids to Work" days, and other family-oriented events.

We work closely with your team to select programs and providers that align with your workplace culture, available space, and employee needs. Our offerings span various categories such as STEM, art, wellbeing, and physical activity, ensuring each session is curriculum-aligned, age-appropriate, and centered around fun.

Our programs cater to school-aged children, typically between 5 to 12 years old, providing age-appropriate activities that engage and educate.

Yes, all of our programs are designed to operate straight out of your workplace, making it convenient for employees and integrating seamlessly into your corporate environment. All we need is a medium to large space that could accomodate 20 children. Get in touch with us and we can always find alternative solutions.

We partner with experienced and reputable providers to deliver high-quality programs. Each session is designed to be engaging, educational, and enjoyable, ensuring a positive experience for both children and parents.

By offering these programs, you support your employees in balancing work and family commitments, enhance employee satisfaction, and foster a family-friendly workplace culture.

To explore partnership opportunities and tailor programs to your organisation's needs, please contact us and we'll be in touch to get the ball rolling.

We partner with a wide range of businesses—from large corporations to progressive SMEs—who are looking to support working parents and create a more inclusive, family-friendly culture.

While school holiday programs are our most popular offering, we also support special events like “Bring Your Kids to Work Day”, family fun days, and wellbeing weeks throughout the year.

Session length and format are fully customisable. Programs can run as single-day events, full-week holiday programs, or shorter sessions tailored to your schedule and team needs.

While we recommend a 4–6 week lead time, we’re happy to work with you on shorter timelines where possible. Early planning helps us deliver the best experience.
